- Click on the “Actions” icon, which is found on the bottom left side of your Optsy accounts receivable software screen, and select “Create Payment.”
- After the payment screen appears, your office manager or other office employee can select the appropriate payment method—for example, is the customer paying using a credit card, check, e-check, etc.
- Then, your approved office employee can enter in the check number or credit card number associated with the customer payment into the designated text boxes at the top of the payment screen.
- Once the payment information has been correctly entered, your office manager or other employee clicks on the designated icon to apply the payment.
